Custom Projects & Packages: We have a minimum of $1000 spend for all projects and packages. Invoices will be sent via Stripe upon receipt of the signed project agreement. A 15-25% deposit of the total project cost is due at project inception to start a Client's project. Client has the choice of making monthly, weekly or bi-weekly payments towards the remaining balance.

Monthly Plans: A minimum of 6 months is required for monthly management services. We use Stripe to manage on-going management services. Clients will be notified of upcoming automatic payments. Monthly payments are broken into two payments paid on a bi-weekly basis; Quarterly payments are paid in full every 3 months.

Payment Methods: We accept Credit & Debit Cards via Stripe (Preferred Method), PayPal, or Apple Pay.

No refunds will be given for services rendered through the official cancellation date, unless FULL payment has already been made (reviewed on a case-by-case basis). The Client will pay for the work completed up until when the Contract ends.

Projects: Either party may end the project for any reason by sending an email or letter to the other party, informing the recipient that services are ending & the Contract will end in 30 days.

If notice is given within the 30-day window, then the next payment may be required. We will stop working immediately as soon as notice to cancel services has been received, unless otherwise specified in the notice.

Monthly Plans: If a Client needs to cancel a monthly plan for any reason prior to the 6-month period ends (i.e. 4 months into starting the subscription), there will be a $250 early cancellation fee applied.

Clients MUST provide a 30-day (or more) notice via email before the next payment in the subscription cycle is due. If notice is given within the 30-day window, then the next payment may be required along with the early cancellation fee (if applicable).

Completion times will vary based on project specifications, review times, and timing of when materials are received from Client. However, below are general timelines for the standard services:

Strategic Planning & Development: 4-6 weeks
Research Studies: 6-12 weeks
Graphic Design: 1-3 weeks
Website Design: 8-10 weeks
Mobile App Design: 10-12 weeks
